Step By Step Instructions to Download Med Card
1, Logon to https://www.medisep.kerala.gov.in/home.jsp You can find a Link Med Card, Check Screen Shot.
2, It will Open The Website medcard.kerala.gov.in, This Site Currently Not Using Https, So You Your Browser May Ask a Security Confirmation.
3, You can see the Sign in to your account Option.
4. Select Account Type – Beneficiary, Hospital, Insurance, TPA, Authority etc. Here Our Selection is Beneficiary.
5, Enter Your Medisep ID and Employee ID/PEN/PPOno and Sign In to Download Your Medisep Card.
Cashless Treatment Facility , Insurance cover up to Rs.3 lakh are some of the Highlights of Medisep.
Insurance coverage up to Rs 3 lakh is available for common treatments and getting Up to Rs 20 lakh for organ transplants. Medisep scheme offers cashless treatment to the beneficiaries in Selected Hospitals. Once you Download Medisep Card it can be used in the Hospitals That Provide Cashless Treatment.
Who can Join the Scheme
Government employees and pensioners who become members of Medisep scheme have to pay a premium of Rs 500 per month. Part-time contingent employees, part-time teachers, teaching and non-teaching staff including those in aided schools, pensioners/family pensioners can also be members of the scheme.
The basic cover is Rs.3 lakh per annum for a policy period of three years. Means Rs 1.5 lakh is fixed for each year and void if not used. The remaining Rs 1.5 lakh per annum cover can be availed anytime within the three-year block period.
